Job Title: Manager in Training Parking Operations
Department: Operations
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Lexington Kentucky
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $40000 $60000 annually
Relocation: Willingness to relocate after 1824 months of training- 1-2 weeks at another location for more training

Position Summary:

The Manager in Training (MIT) Parking Operations role is designed to develop the next generation of leadership. This hands-on training program prepares individuals to assume full management responsibility for a our parking operation upon completion. Youll learn the ins and outs of operational workflows team leadership customer service compliance and municipal or private-client partnerships.

After a successful 1824-month training period you will be expected to take on a leadership role within the company which may include relocation to a new market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and actively participate in daily parking enforcement operations staffing and client service.
  • Support scheduling staffing and supervision of frontline team members.
  • Gain a working knowledge of local municipal contracts and service level requirements.
  • Shadow and assist local management in operational decision-making reporting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances safety standards and company policies.
  • Interact with customers and city representatives to build positive working relationships.
  • Participate in hiring training and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with system rollouts including new hardware software and enforcement tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data-driven reporting.
  • Lead by example with a positive professional attitude in the field and office.
  • Travel and/or relocate to a new location upon successful completion of the training program.

Training Program Details:

  • Comprehensive 1824 month development program.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced Regional and General Managers.
  • Exposure to enforcement operations customer service and administrative duties.
  • Performance reviews at regular intervals with feedback and growth planning.
  • Full-time leadership role offered upon successful completion.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of leadership operations or customer service experience
  • Parking transportation or municipal experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying conditions.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to relocate if needed within our national footprint after training
