Job Description
As a Social Media Manager / Sales VA youll be responsible for managing our clients online presence while supporting sales and lead engagement. Youll write compelling content drive brand visibility and help convert leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
- Write engaging captions newsletter content and short-form posts
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up using social and email platforms
- Manage basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva (templates provided)
- Track performance metrics and provide simple monthly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align messaging and strategy
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Experience in sales lead follow-up or customer communication
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet content deadlines
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer Later or Meta Business Suite
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is a plus
- A creative mindset and passion for brand storytelling
- Experience in the fitness wellness or service-based industries is a bonus
