St. Frances Cabrini High School & Academy is a Roman Catholic co-educational school from 7 12 under the purview of the Archdiocese of Detroit in Allen Park Michigan. Founded in October 1960 Cabrini High School & Academy has a total enrollment of 271 students.

Goal: The Assistant Principal supports the principal in the overall leadership and administration of the school. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic who demonstrates strong leadership interpersonal and organizational skills and is passionate about fostering a Christ-centered environment that promotes high academic achievement and spiritual development.
Key Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership:
Foster a school environment where Catholic values are integrated throughout the curriculum and school culture.
Collaborate with the Principal Pastor and faculty in faith development opportunities for students and staff.
Instructional Leadership:
Oversee student discipline attendance and behavior policies.
Support the development and execution of the school improvement plan.
Assist in developing and implementing curriculum aligned with diocesan standards and best instructional practices.
Provide mentorship evaluation and professional development for teachers and staff.
Collaborate in managing school operations including scheduling safety protocols and extracurricular activities.
Foster positive relationships with students parents faculty parish staff and the wider community.
Promote effective communication between school and families.
Support recruitment retention and marketing initiatives for the school.
Promote a culture of academic excellence inclusion and innovation.
Qualifications:
Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or related field.
Valid administrative certification.
Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching or leadership experience.
Commitment to Catholic education and leadership in a faith-based setting.
Full Time
