Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze claims under federal and state employment laws including Title VII ADA FMLA and others.
- Develop clear strategic case assessments for senior attorneys.
- Guide clients with clarity and compassion through their legal options.
- Coordinate closely with intake teams to streamline case progression.
What Were Seeking:
- J.D. and active bar membership required.
- Experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal analysis writing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of cases with attention to detail and empathy.
