Define and manage department budget. Escalate issues and report trend analysis to senior directors.
Provides insight and recommendations that may influence organization and business unit strategy.
Manages resources and establishes work plans and procedures designed to meet business unit(s) objectives based on a thorough understanding.
Manages the designs development execution of software test plans and documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
Ensures the analysis of test results and recommendations are consistent with corporate standards.
Acts as a trusted/expert advisor and provides leadership in all test aspects across the geographical areas including opportunities to improve the quality automation and efficiencies of the testing effort across teams.
Provides consultation to clients on test approach plans and methodology. Also provides timely consultation to internal teams on test estimations strategy test creation execution and results.
Ensure the necessary tools are available and provided for the testing team.
