Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Pega PRPC Developer
We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to join our team to design and implement business-critical applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of BPM solutions and experience in developing workflows and case management solutions using Pega.
Responsibilities
Design and develop business applications using Pega PRPC.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop case types flows UI screens decision rules and integrations using Pega best practices.
Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs MQ or other connectors.
Write and execute unit and integration tests; troubleshoot and fix defects.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum teams contributing to sprint planning demos and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong understanding of Pega architecture rules flows case management UI decisioning and data model.
Experience with Pega version 8.x/7.x and above.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server) and basic SQL.
Good understanding of integration techniques including REST SOAP and JMS.
