Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions targeting CXOs.
- Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries with a focus on BSE / NSE / Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
- Establishing building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers influencers and stakeholders including CHROs / Heads of HR.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns.
- Negotiating and closing enterprise deals.
- Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends network with prospective clients to generate leads.
- Ensure constant communication with clients to upsell other products and services that complement our core offerings.
- Continuously monitor and research on the competition and other players in the global market to develop a strong understanding of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth new product development and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
- Regularly updating sales and marketing materials with the latest market insights and competitive intelligence to effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial wellness solutions.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in investment banking corporate banking private banking wealth advisory Fintech Startups or similar domains.
- Proven track record of independently engaging pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO s and other key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business or a related field.
