Job Description
A global news organisation is looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to join their audio team on a 6-month contract. The role involves end-to-end production of a weekly interview-led podcast including guest booking editing and publishing.
They are looking for someone with strong editorial instincts excellent audio production skills and familiarity with industry-standard toolsparticularly Adobe Audition.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule podcast episodes including guest coordination and topic research
Record edit and mix episodes to a high standard using Adobe Audition
Write introductions transitions and show notes
Publish episodes to platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify
Ensure all content meets high journalistic standards for accuracy and balance
Whats Provided

Platform access and logins
Full training on style publishing workflow and internal tools (excluding Adobe Audition)
Important:
Shifts are fixed and rostered.
Weekend availability required (incl. 8-hour shifts Saturday & Sunday)
- Contract role from 30/6/25 - 29/12/25
- Outside IR35.
