Slot Manager
Location: Norfolk VA
Salary: $90000 - $140000 (DOE) Bonus

Role Overview:
As the Slot Manager youll play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our Slot department. From ensuring compliance with company policies to fostering a customer-centric environment youll lead by example to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Slot Operations team providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Hire train and develop talented Slot Department personnel fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Resolve customer disputes promptly and effectively maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Director of Slots to develop and manage departmental budgets and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance analyses and operational reviews to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming with a focus on slots preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a managerial role within the gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced casino environment balancing office duties with floor management.
- Must meet all licensing requirements and be able to work in a casino environment.
