Job Description

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and mine data for potential clients and leads.
  • Conduct telecalling outreach to potential clients introduce products/services and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Research and compile lists of prospects using LinkedIn and other online databases.
  • Keep accurate records of calls leads and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with clients over the phone.
  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports on call statistics lead generation and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate with any degree (preferably in Business Marketing Communications or related fields).
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in telecalling lead generation and data mining.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
