The program supports the largest number of deliveries in the Capital region many of which are high-risk pregnancies and multiple births. The family centered team YOU will work with includes physicians licensed nurse midwives dedicated perinatal nurses social work and spiritual care services skilled techs and lactation consultants. You will have the opportunity to work with mother and baby as a family unit. At St. Peters we recognize that nursing is one of the most challenging careers and the most rewarding. Position Highlights:
What you will do:
Nurses working in Mother/Baby unit have the support of comprehensive orientation developed by a clinical nurse specialist in maternal/child nursing on-site BLS and neonatal resuscitation classes as well as on going clinical education. The staff is highly involved in quality improvement activities program development recognition activities and team building. The clinical ladder program provides the opportunity for professional growth through mentoring opportunities for leadership and generous educational funding.

Pay Range:$35.00 - $49.95
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
