Job Description
HTS is seeking a Console Trim Assembler in the Macungie area.
M-F: 7:30am - 4pm
$19/hr
Temp to Perm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Installs various assemblies and parts including keyboards stopboards and draw knob jambs in
the organ console during the manufacturing process following instructions on drawings and/or
sales orders.
Build music racks and mount them to the consoles.
Cut foil to specifications and install into the organ.
Drill holes with precision for toe studs and piston buttons according to the drawing and/or sales
order specifications.
Utilize various hand tools in the assembly process.
Assist in assembly processes in other related departments including but not limited to Speaker
and Pedalboard department.
Complete all required safety training.
Must follow all safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the plant.

Qualifications:
Ability to work in a team environment but also independently on assigned tasks.
Ability to work with hand tools.
Good visual acuity to place parts in the proper location.
Detail oriented.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience using hand tools (screw driver hammer air driver staple gun measuring
tools) is preferred.
Ability to lift 50lbs is required along with ability to lift up to 100lbs using a team lift when moving
organ consoles.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day with occasionally bending and reaching
