Were seeking a wine-loving customer-driven leader to manage our wine department in Regina. As Wine Manager youll lead a team drive wine sales host tastings and create a best-in-class experience for customersfrom casual sippers to seasoned collectors.
Lead and support a high-performing department team
Deliver excellent customer service with expert wine recommendations
Organize and host wine tastings and promotional events
Manage inventory ordering and merchandising for your department
Maintain department cleanliness standards and presentation
Monitor performance metrics and support store-wide goals
Stay informed on wine trends preferred labels and exclusive brands
Ensure compliance with liquor and safety regulations
2 years of retail or liquor industry experience
Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
Passion for wine WSET Level 2 or higher (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Serve It Right certification (or ability to get it)
Comfortable lifting 50 lbs standing long hours and working flexible shifts
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
