Job description for Administrative Assistant (Male):
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team and support our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory placing orders as needed.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Keep the records of all the assets of the company and look for the maintenance part and ensure timely maintenance is done.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate with all departments on all office equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functioning.
- Prepare reports and data as well as maintain files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Look after the facility management vendors including cleaning and security services.
- Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Look after printing & Scanning part
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint in particular).
- Good Typing skills (English & Marathi)

- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field

- Salary Package (Monthly Gross): Between 15 - 20K (depends on the interview round)
