Tasks & responsibilities
- General maintenance tasks including but not limited to general repairs and maintenance painting carpentry minor electrical basic plumbing etc.
- Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance.
- Maintain all machinery equipment and furniture to ensure its at working standards.
- Assist other tradespeople as required

Qualifications :
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman
- A good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Highly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritise
- Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Requirements
- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
