What Youll Do:
- Connect with customers by phone text and email
- Schedule appointments for our team
- Follow up with friendly professional communication
- Log and track all customer interactions accurately in our system
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer follow-through
- Stay organized and meet individual and team performance goals
What Were Looking For:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Clear confident phone presence
- Customer service experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- BDC experience is a plusbut not required
