Job Description

Position: Junior Finance and Management Assistant
Location: Blue Bell PA
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Finance and Management Assistant to support our CFO and coordinate financial operations with our global headquarters. This is a full-time on-site role based in Blue Bell PA ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and an interest in working in a cross-cultural international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CFO with financial reporting data management and internal documentation

  • Coordinate with the Korean headquarters to support consolidated financial reporting and ensure data accuracy

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance

  • Support treasury functions including bank account management and cash flow tracking

  • Assist in budgeting financial forecasting and variance analysis

  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to maintain accurate and timely financial records

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information

  • Support broader business management and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

  • 23 years of accounting experience preferred

  • USCPA certification preferred but not required

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

  • Strong Excel and general financial analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with Korean-speaking leadership and overseas teams

  • High level of organizational skills accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative and cross-cultural work environment

Preferred Attributes:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus

  • Prior experience in a multinational or manufacturing company is advantageous
