Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic commis chefs to join our team
Requirements:
The ideal candidtate will have some experience in a similar position however full on the job training will be given and is willing to learn as part of this growing team
Duties to include:
- To ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques
- Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations
- To comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies.
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
- To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.

Acquired by the first Duke of Northumberland in 1780 Bailiffgate House has served as a commissioners residence a school and now its being transformed into a luxurious 48- room hotel with a bar and the Motte & Bailey Restaurant
