Title: Technical Product Owner/ Data Product Owner

Job Description
Seeking a hands-on Technical Product Owner with strong experience in Python PySpark AWS and deep domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer systems.
The TPO will drive data product development define backlog priorities and work with engineering teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business needs into technical user stories and product requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build data pipelines on AWS
- Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance (HIPAA FHIR HL7
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support timely delivery of features
- Analyze feedback and improve product functionality
Must-Have Skills
- Python PySpark SQL
- AWS (Glue Lambda EMR S3 Athena)
- Strong Healthcare Payer experience (EDI 837/834 claims eligibility)
- Agile/Scrum stakeholder management
- HIPAA FHIR HL7 knowledge
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR
- JIRA Confluence Git CI/CD
- Data governance and security in healthcare
