Job description
Position Details:
Pellerin is a Commercial Laundry Equipment sales and service company and we are looking for a new Customer Support and Parts Coordinator for our Stafford Texas office. We sell and service laundry equipment to the hospitality and healthcare markets.
Basic Duties Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting parts orservice.
- Process customers parts orders in the computer package parts and make UPS shippingtags.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service concerns or requests of incoming parts to include creating service calls collecting payments from customers performing supplementary parts orders and creating parts.
- Serve as the primary person for the processing of office needs and ordering.
- Take parts orders and process quotes timely.
- Ability to solve customer service needs in a timely fashion.
Extended Duties:
- Calling and scheduling preventative maintenance services for customers.
- Dispatching technicians to service calls as needed.
- Controlling inventory and maintaining of office supplies and material in collaboration with Service Manager.

Experience:
- Customer Service or Service Writer Background: 1 years (Required)
- Strong attention to detail (Preferred)

- Parts manual and high volume service environment (Preferred not required)
