Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate!
In this role you will engage in a fast-paced environment ensuring our warehouse remains organized clean and ready for seamless distribution. Your expertise in wrapping pallets and setting up loads for dispatch will be essential to our operations.

- Operate pallet wrapping machines to secure loads for shipment.
- Perform thorough cleanup of warehouse aisles and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Assist in setting up loads on pallets according to shipment specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Organize and stage products for efficient picking and packing.
- Ensure all pallets are correctly labeled and documented before shipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and any issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
Work and Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work third shift hours 6 PM to 2 AM with flexibility.
- Possess the ability to work in a cold refrigerated environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate pallet wrapping machines and other warehouse equipment.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory and load setup tasks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
