Reliability Engineer - FMCG
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: 55000 Holidays Bonus Pension Sick Pay Life Assurance
Shift: Days 12 Hours
Youre a natural leader on the tools calm under pressure decisive in breakdowns and focused when it counts. You lead by example backing your technical skills with a proactive mindset and clear communication. If you thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and take pride in mentoring engineers while keeping the lines moving this ones for you.
The Successful Senior Engineer:
- Time-served Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical Level 3 Qualification
- Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving manufacturing
- Confident in leading a shift team supporting less experienced engineers
- Strong focus on safety first-time fixes and team culture
The Senior Engineer Role:
- Leading and motivating the shift engineering team
- Rapid response to breakdowns and unplanned downtime
- Driving a first-fix culture and a continuous improvement mindset
- Overseeing planned maintenance and optimising asset performance
- Using CMMS for accurate real-time updates and handovers
