Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual Irrigator to join our team. As an Irrigator you will be responsible for maintaining and operating irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and care of gardens lawns and landscapes. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. ** MUST DRIVE** MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
JOB DUTIES INLCUDES
- Install repair and maintain irrigation systems
- Monitor water usage and adjust irrigation schedules as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools to dig trenches and install irrigation lines
- Perform regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify leaks or malfunctions
- Adjust sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage
- Collaborate with the landscape maintenance team to coordinate watering schedules
- Maintain accurate records of irrigation activities and report any issues or concerns
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous experience in irrigation or a related field is preferred
-Knowledge of irrigation system components and operation
-Ability to use hand tools power tools and other equipment necessary for the job
-Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
