Join the Sunshine Coast Radiology Team as a Senior PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR) is part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostics (IDX) network-one of Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging providers, with more than 150 practices across Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand.

With over 16 years of dedicated service on the Sunshine Coast, SCR delivers a full suite of imaging services, including CT, MRI, Mammography, BMD, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine across multiple premium sites.

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our professional and supportive team on a full-time basis. This position spans Monday to Friday and operates across several key locations including SCUPH, Maroochydore, Caloundra, and Noosa.

In this senior capacity, you'll be responsible for the full spectrum of Nuclear Medicine services-from radiopharmaceutical preparation to quality control-while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, technical excellence, and radiation safety. You'll also support ongoing workflow and mentoring within the team.

What You Bring

  • A tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
  • 5+ years of experience in a Nuclear Medicine Technologist role
  • Current AHPRA registration and QLD Radiation Use Licence
  • PET experience and Diagnostic CT Accreditation
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • A passion for delivering outstanding patient care with excellent communication and clinical expertise
