Job Description
SUMMARY
Installs repairs and maintains different types and sizes of roofs for the district. Assists workers in other skilled trade areas most especially carpentry.
MINIMUM REQUREMENTS
One year of roofing experience.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
Post-offer/pre-employment physical examination and lift test.
Valid Arizona Drivers license
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.

FTE: 1.0 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
