A bit about your role
As a Customer Field Technician you will play a vital role working on Customer Service field tasks across potentially allnbntechnologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation repair and maintenance ofnbnproducts and services. Youll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customers premises.
Your typical day could include any or all of the below functions while delivering exceptional customer service within your role:
Cabling installation (copper fibre HFC) including jointing jumpering and splicing
Customer premises installation ofnbnCustomer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Fault diagnosis and repair ofnbncabling networks andnbnCPE
These roles work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs and we encourage a flexible working environment.
A bit about you
Were seeking both experienced candidates as well as those with transferable skill from a communication cabling or electrical background and who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector.
A large part of this role is working in customers premises so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.
We will also be looking for a current & clean Drivers License and strong and personable communication skills both written and verbal.
