Overview
The Fresher Orthopedic Surgeon (MS Consultant) plays a critical role in the healthcare ecosystem by providing specialized surgical care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient medical history assessments.
- Perform physical examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal conditions.
- Order interpret and analyze diagnostic tests such as X-rays and MRIs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
- Perform surgical interventions with guidance from senior surgeons.
- Ensure postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Assist in the management of outpatient clinics.
- Keep updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Masters Degree in Orthopedic Surgery (MS or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
- Basic surgical skills and techniques.
- Valid medical license to practice orthopedic surgery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
