Introduction

We are seeking a Junior Controller to join our
Site Controlling team. You will be responsible for
preparation of Factory KPI, Reporting, Planning and monthly activities in
SAP which involves Your role plays a crucial part in
controlling function, which will contribute to // positively impact in
Aggregate Business. In this position, you will report to Mr. Harish
Kumar.

This position is mainly located in Alwar Plant.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of Manufacturing controlling dedicated
to Aggregate Factory. We are currently building // developing
// working on various cost saving projects.

We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such
as Planning, Production, Quality and Finance. Our team culture is all
about to support our internal/external customers to achieve the desired
organization goals, The members in our team are located in Alwar.

What you ll do

• Preparation of Monthly KPI
• Monthly Factory relates settlements
  and month end activities.
• Quarterly transfer prices of
  McCloskey.
• Contract manufacturing %age
  calculation as per agreement
• Support in Budgeting activities.
• Preparation of detail analysis of
  Factory key reports like Rework, Manufacturing variance, Non quality
  cost and Capacity cost analysis.
• Support in costing and savings
  initiatives by tracking files.

Who you are

• From commerce background minimum
  qualification Graduate/ Postgraduate.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be
  prefered.
• Good knowledge of advance Excel, PBI
  and Presentation.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting and
  MIS.
• Knowledge of product costing process.
