You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Digital Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing the existing customer base focusing on cross-selling and upselling within the managed accounts using digital channels and remote sales techniques. The main goal is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the customer base as well as the companys revenues.
Qualifications :
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow-up of French Belgian or Spanish clients on a daily basis and ensure their satisfaction.
Prepare commercial proposals in Word (in French English or Spanish).
Perform cross-selling and upselling within managed accounts.
Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and other tools updated.
Work with marketing helpdesk and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Higher Technician or Bachelors degree in commercial management and sales or similar fields;
At least 2/3 years in B2B sales ideally in technology or SaaS companies.;
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce);
Intermediate/advanced skills in Word Excel and PowerPoint;
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
Passion for sales results-oriented effective stress management in demanding sales cycles excellent communication and negotiation skills autonomy team spirit and initiative;
Focus on results and resilience during challenges.
