- Must meet minimum monthly production goals and bonus requirements
- Responsible for servicing and retaining new business up until its first renewal or expiration date
- Handle incoming calls for Allstate policy service coverage reviews retention billing payments and any other policy-related endorsements or inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction through timely and accurate service
- Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance (sales or customer service)
- Allstate experience is a strong plus
- Bilingualpreferably English and Spanishis highly beneficial
- Strong computer typing Microsoft Office and phone skills
- Professional detail-oriented and passionate about helping others
