Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources Psychology Law or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role within a large international tech company or a fast-growing startup
Strong understanding of global HR practices and managing cultural diversity
Demonstrated experience in shaping HR strategies at a regional or global level
Effective communicator and mentor with strategic insight and a people-oriented leadership style
Background in the tech or banking industry ideally with experience managing multi-site teams
