As the Team Leader - People Services youll supervise two specialist Coordinator roles within the People Services Team. Youll drive continuous improvement digital transformation and the delivery of practical human-centered people processes that are efficient inclusive and aligned with our values.

Your day-to-day
- Providing expert guidance and support to Coordinators across recruitment systems and day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing general queries directed to People Services and delivering prompt high-quality responses.
- Overseeing an effective self-service experience ensuring workforce members have access to the information relevant to them.
- Working closely with P&C Business Partners Payroll and the Volunteer Team and ensuring the development of consistent effective and people centered processes and improvements.
- Ensuring the efficient and employee-supported management of Workcover claims in collaboration with the RTW Coordinator.
- Contributing to team planning and the delivery of strategic priorities aligned to Strategy 2030.
Were looking for someone with
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
- A strong person centered and digital mindset with experience designing and improving systems of work and process improvement.
- Extensive experience in leading teams.
- Expertise with employment laws awards enterprise agreements and regulations.
- The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders over a diverse range of programs.
- A proactive inclusive and compassionate approach to employee engagement.
