Description
Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service Do you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment If so join our team as the Leasing Consultant and help prospective residents find their perfect home!
What Youll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents providing tours of available units and amenities
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
- Proficiency in property management software AppFolio or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
