Elekta is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist for supporting Sales Service and Order Fulfilment. This role serves as the main interface between the customer and the support functions within the cluster.
What youll do at Elekta
As a Commercial Operations Specialist you will ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with Elektas procedures and that customers receive consistently high-quality care.
This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Service Support
Administer and assign engineers work orders and Axrem documentation
Manage source and seed orders exchanges and logistics
Process customer spares order quotes returns and commercial shipments
Distribute and manage TLD badges and calibrated tools
Administer Field Change Orders (mandatory and non-mandatory)
Provide feedback to Service Managers and attend daily team meetings
Maintain engineers diaries and support scheduling
Support PM schedule preparation and customer communication
Act as Health & Safety and Quality Representative
Sales Support
Serve as main contact for sales and service queries
Qualify leads and support quote preparation with Customer/Business Managers
Process sales orders and maintain accurate system data
Coordinate with logistics finance and suppliers
Manage customer training logistics and reimbursements
Handle returns and replacements for Brachytherapy and commercial items
Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Order Fulfilment
Manage small-value orders/projects and identify process improvements
Tender & Contract Management Support
Coordinate tender submissions and documentation
Collaborate with sales legal and finance to manage contract checklists and risk reviews
What you bring
Proficiency in Word and Excel (intermediate to expert level)
Strong organizational and data management skills
Familiarity with ERP/CLM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Experience with Movex is a plus
Strong attention to detail and team collaboration
