Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment employee relations performance management compensation and benefits compliance with labor laws and implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager plays a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the company s goals through effective human resource strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings interviewing selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition working closely with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and complaints.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances in compliance with company policy and legal regulations.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management systems including setting performance goals conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on best practices for employee development and performance improvement.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify employee training needs and organize learning and development programs.
  • Foster continuous learning and career development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Track employee progress and provide guidance for skill enhancement.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring they are competitive equitable and compliant with labor laws.
  • Conduct salary reviews market analysis and ensure pay structure alignment.
  • Oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
  1. Compliance and Legal Issues:
  • Ensure company practices and policies comply with all local state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legislation and adjust company policies accordingly.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits legal matters and compliance reviews.
  1. HR Strategy and Policy Development:
  • Develop implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and fair workplace.
  • Align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and make improvements as necessary.
  1. Health Safety and Well-being:
  • Promote a healthy and safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Advise employees on workplace health and safety policies and provide support as necessary.
