Job Description

Overview
The Eye Hospital Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and overall management of an eye care facility in Hospet Karnataka. This position is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions including patient care staff management budgeting and regulatory compliance. The administrator acts as a bridge between the medical staff and administrative team ensuring that the quality of care provided is exceptional while also maintaining operational efficiency. The role requires a deep understanding of hospital operations particularly within the context of eye care as well as a strong focus on improving patient experiences and outcomes. The Eye Hospital Administrator will also be responsible for implementing policies and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance service delivery. Their leadership and strategic planning will greatly influence the hospitals reputation and financial health making this position critical to both the hospitals success and the well-being of the patients served.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the eye hospital.
  • Oversee patient services and ensure high-quality care.

  • Master s degree preferred (MBA or MHA).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospital administration.
  • Specific experience in ophthalmic or eye care management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in patient care management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Fluency in local languages and English is preferred.
