Were looking for an Enterprise Account Executive Expand to manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customersspecifically large-scale organizations with 5000 employees. Your mission Drive growth retention and expansion by deepening adoption of the UserTesting platform across existing accounts.
Youll work with some of the worlds most iconic brands partnering with teams across departments and seniority levels. Your role will be to uncover opportunities build champions and demonstrate how human insights deliver meaningful business impact.
Youll:
Exceed your annual quota delivering a mix of retained and new expansion revenue
Lead solution-based sales motions across multiple stakeholders and departments
Engage champions and economic buyers to showcase our business and technical value
Grow internal adoption by demonstrating clear compelling ROI
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal close and retention
Develop proactive expansion strategies and proposals to drive wider adoption
Forecast opportunities with precision and track key sales metrics using Salesforce
Build a territory plan to optimize account growth and team resources
Share customer feedback and insights to support product innovation
Our global Go-to-Market team is made up of high-performing sales professionals solution consultants customer success managers renewals experts and business development reps. Backed by an experienced global leadership team we collaborate closely to help customers succeedand to make every insight count.
Strong experience growing enterprise accounts by identifying and delivering expansion opportunities across functions and subsidiaries
Proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of closing complex six and seven-figure deals
Comfort with travel (around 30%) to meet customers and collaborate with colleagues in person
A structured sales mindsetwe use MEDDPICC for qualification and discovery
End-to-end sales ownership: youre as comfortable prospecting as you are closing
High EQ and IQ coachability and a growth-oriented mindset
Ability to build trusted relationshipsfrom champions to C-level executives
Skilled at navigating complex matrixed organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented and creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confidence using modern sales and RevTech tools such as Salesforce Clari Outreach 6Sense ZoomInfo/Cognism and Google Suite
