What will be your day-to-day
-Use Project Management best practices: identify project scope define project plan and workload follow up and report regularly to projects sponsors and escalate issues.
-Strong analytical skills in order to assess processes to identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest new work processes or tools.
-Prepare edit requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
-Lead testing efforts define test conditions and develop accurate and complete test plans.
-Train users on new business applications and edit users procedures
-Ensure that issues are identified tracked reported.
Profile
What you bring to our team:
-Proficient with MS Office Suite (Access Excel PowerPoint) Competencies:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize work amongst multiple projects
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Adaptability to changing and growing user needs
-Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency
-Willingly accepts challenging assignments
-Favors solutions that can be re-used by others
Preferred skills:
-Knowledge of payments processes including but not limited to Swift Alliance FED Chips SSIs and OFAC primarily for the USD market
-Knowledge of cash management processes including but not limited to projecting EOD balances reconciling projected vs actual intraday self-clearer vs correspondent payments
-Knowledge of intraday liquidity regulations and trends i.e. Basel III mandates
-Knowledge of security settlements i.e. DTCC
Experience Needed:
5 years experience in a business analyst / project management role
Experience working in a global banking environment
LANGUAGE: French English
Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
