Job Description
CMT Technical Services established since 1978 offers a variety of Engineering Construction Management Surveying and Construction Materials Testing service lines throughout Utah Arizona Texas Colorado and Idaho.
Job Description:
CMT Technical Services-Colorado is looking for experienced Individuals with a strong work ethic and have a desire to further their career as an Materials Technician. The candidate must be able to perform routine testing of concrete soil and asphalt in the field in compliance with ACI WAQTC CAPA certification in conjunction with ASTM and AASHTO standards per state requirements. Technicians will collect data and report daily results of daily observation and testing in accordance with project requirements.
- Must have two or more of the following certifications:
- American Concrete Institution (ACI)
- Colorado Asphalt Paving Association (CAPA)
- Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (WAQTC)
- Hazmat and Nuke Gauge Certifications
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license (no infractions within the last 5 years)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a drug test regardless of state legalization.
- Able to lift 65lbs on a continuous basis.
Compensation is based off experience and quantity of active certifications.
Range: $18 - $25
