Job Description
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Able to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to understand written and verbal food preparation and safety instructions
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
- Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to perform basic math
Experience:
- None
Must be able to work under moderate supervision to prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet the menu requirements. Work under rigid time schedules and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 35 pounds and 60 pounds Assisted if needed.
