CXI Trucking is dedicated to providing on-time service to our customers. We are looking for experienced LTL drivers who have a strong commitment to honesty integrity and customer service. Applicants should excel in a fast paced environment while being safe and efficient. Please apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Driver must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have 2 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle
- No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
- Clean MVR is a plus
- Valid CDL with brakes endorsement
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- Comply with DOT Driver Log pre-trip and post trip inspections
- Label sign and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures
- Verify loads equipment and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation
- Operational knowledge of a pallet jack two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
- Ability to lift 75lbs safely
- Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
- Communicate in a clear concise and professional manner
