Job Description
Fletcher School is seeking a Level 2 Paraprofessional to support students with a behavioral support plan. This position is designed to implement a behavior support plan and academic support. The primary responsibility of the Level 2 Paraprofessional is to implement and maintain the students behavior support plan in collaboration with the school team. The goal is to proactively support students in a way that maximizes their success and engagement within both the classroom and school ideal candidate will be flexible creative and dedicated to meeting students needs. The successful applicant will work with individual students and small groups to support behavioral social and emotional more information regarding job responsibilities qualifications and compensation please refer to the FY24 & FY25 Paraprofessional Master Agreement (7/1/23-6/30/25) specifically pages 1112.
