Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers product managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality coding standards security and performance optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Redux
- Strong understanding of React hooks context API and React Native
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with and npm packages
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end systems
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest Enzyme and Mocha
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications
- Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code
- Develop and maintain unit integration and end-to-end tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in React development
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
