Your mission
The Training Manager is dedicated to enhancing the sell-out of our dermocosmetics and personal care products through training and merchandising activities. This role aims to drive company success by ensuring the implementation of training plan and impactful learning experiences for health care professionals and company employees as well as to participate in the implementation of merchandising and trade marketing campaigns at points of sale.

Who we are looking for
Bachelors degree in business administration Pharma or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/cosmetics market
Experience in managerial and training positions is an advantage.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Strong analytical organizational planning abilities
Proficiency in verbal and written English and Microsoft Office
Positive proactive and can-do attitude
