Now Hiring: Security Field Supervisor - Tucson AZ
Pay: $20.00/hr Full-Time 40 hrs Field Duties
Covey Security is one of Arizonas fastest-growing security companies-and were looking for a reliable experienced Field Supervisor to support our Tucson operations!
What Youll Do:
Work a weekly 40-hour shift at a client site
Supervise guards at two Tucson locations
Cover call-offs conduct site visits and check in with clients
Assist with interviews onboarding and field training
Be on-call for urgent coverage or issues
What Were Looking For:
3 years of security or supervisory experience preferred
Arizona DPS Guard Card required
Strong leadership communication and accountability
Clean driving record & reliable transportation
Military/Law Enforcement background a plus
