Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Business Development Director to lead the growth strategy across Europe. Reporting directly to the General Manager for Europe you will be entrusted with full ownership of regional revenue targets strategic partnerships and go-to-market execution for a market-leading fintech platform.

This senior leadership position demands the ability to navigate complex commercial negotiations with financial institutions fintech platforms and enterprise clients. You will champion the companys API-led solutions working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Compliance and Marketing to influence the product roadmap and accelerate innovation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic dealmaker with a demonstrable track record in regulated industries to significantly impact the future of global financial connectivity.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales within fintech payments FX or API-driven technology platforms.

Industry Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial services cross-border payments and embedded finance ecosystems.

Commercial Capability: Proven success in closing complex high-value B2B deals with regulated entities. Comfortable engaging at C-suite level with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.

Location: Candidates must be based in Europe with full working rights.
