Job Description
Title : IT Security Engineer
Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
Location: Surat Gujarat
Work Mode: Onsite
Requirements
- A degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
- Experience using security tools (firewalls antivirus etc.)
- Understanding of data protection laws and security standards
- Ability to set up and manage laptops and other devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly explain technical topics to non-technical people
Responsibilities:
- Keep company data and systems safe from hackers
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Set up and manage security tools (like firewalls and antivirus software)
- Monitor systems for unusual activity and respond to threats
- Test systems to find and fix security issues
- Work with other teams to ensure systems are secure.
- Write rules and guidelines to protect company data
- Stay updated on the latest security risks and trends.
- Teach employees how to stay safe online
- Manage compliance with security policies and regulations
- Set up new laptops and troubleshoot common setup problems
- Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (routers switches Wi-Fi VPN etc.)
