Dropsolid Consultancy strengthens organizations with specialized open-source expertise-from Drupal Mautic UX/UI SEO to (open) AI-via continuous knowledge sharing direct communication and flexible personal collaboration. This enables them to realize their digital ambitions faster and more effectively.

Your responsibilities

• You are interested in the business and the needs of the customer and ask the right questions.

• You translate the needs of the customer into a functional analysis that is used as a blueprint for the development of websites web shops and other online applications and also know how to document this in a correct manner.

• You organize and lead workshops with the customer in which you distil the information from the conversations in an analytical way and ensure a crystal-clear functional analysis.

• You process the figures from various tools to support your verbal and written advice.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the digital sector.

• Knowledge of how CMS systems work and how this can be used for our customers.

• Desire to work in an agile way.

• The gift of speaking both the language of the customer and the language of our designers and developers.

• A strong sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking.

• Smooth customer communication skills and experience in leading workshops and giving presentations.

• An aptitude for following up the preparatory process with the customer in a structured and planned manner.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Living & working in Southern Europe.
