Who You Are
23 years of experience in a creative production or marketing environmentagency or in-house.
Familiarity with creative development and production processes (e.g. design content video).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting with creatives and stakeholders alike.
Experience with project management tools like Airtable Asana or similar.
Working knowledge of tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite Google Workspace and Slack.
What Youll Do
Duration: Mid-June 2025 - December 2025
Support project leads in managing day-to-day creative workflows across design copy video and production.
Track timelines deliverables and approvals to ensure assets stay on schedule and aligned with campaign goals.
Maintain project trackers resourcing calendars and intake documentation to improve visibility and coordination across teams.
Help route creative for feedback and approvals; gather and consolidate stakeholder input.
Assist with resourcing coordination file organization and asset management across creative tools and platforms.
Coordinate team meetings agendas recaps and follow-ups to keep momentum moving forward.
Partner with producers to support pre-production and post-production logistics for photo video or UGC shoots.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of asset specs across digital platforms (social email e-comm paid media).
Exposure to shoot production (pre-pro docs shot lists call sheets).
Interest in growing into a creative producer or project manager role.
$28 - $30 an hour
The Pay Range which consists of salary and commission for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
