Position: Contract Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join our team on a full-time on-site basis. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing analyzing and negotiating contracts with clients vendors and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients vendors and partners
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practices
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients vendors and partners
- Prepare reports and presentations on contract status and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract analysis and negotiation
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
